Staff unprepared, were unable to provide terms and conditions when required. Didn’t know the policy regarding payment options. Front desk employee did not provide me a reasonable explanation of why the branch was unable to take my Card, she just said it’s Policy that they only take Credit Card, and when I asked her to see the Terms and Conditions, she said she can’t find it, even though I use Debit in other Enterprise Locations in the US as well as Europe (considering I’m an Airline employee). She said that the Airport office might accept it but didn’t make any efforts to confirm if they would or not accept, a simple phone call would of solved the problem. But zero efforts to help. If you have any doubts about term and conditions, do NOT rely on these employees, the do not have an answer for you.

The assistant manager, Yasser, is condescending and immoral. They gave me a car with only a half tank of gas. I got out and asked Yasser why they didn't fill it, like every other Enterprise I've been to, and he said that's just how they do it. He said bring it back about the same level, we'll just charge for any usage beyond that level. I asked if he credits customers who bring it in full, he said no, and that people paying for other people's gas usage isn't his concern. That them wasting their money for gas they didn't use just makes his job easier to not have to refill.
