This 'service' center has had my XC-90 Hybrid for nearly 2 months. No calls to tell me why the delay. In fact, they don't even return my calls requesting an update. VERY BAD SERVICE to say the least.

If you like Volvo and want everything you expect (specifically know the configuration and performance of the car, price or excellent service), then you should come here. When my husband and I came to this company, we just wanted to know about Volvo's new car in 2022 to see if there were any styles we liked. Because of the language communication problem, Ashley found Tommy who can speak Chinese to help us find our car according to our favorite, and answered many of our questions. Therefore, we decided to choose their car and got the right price with great satisfaction. We got Cartier's patient explanation and help when we went through the formalities, and we were very satisfied with the whole process. When picking up the car, they are patient as always. Great! We also encountered a little problem after picking up the car, but the patient and enthusiastic Cartier solved it for us. Thank you very much for their excellent service! This is the best service we have ever met in the car dealership in the Bay Area. Can't wait to share experiences and help those in need!

To be fair I have serviced my car twice at the dealership before. But this time around it was for the windshield calibration and I need a quote for my insurance approval before actual work. I called almost every day to follow up for the quote and no quote is ever sent. It seems service agent can’t get hold of the busy service manager although they are under one roof. Today service manager called me and says will send the quote right away . Still nothing happens. It’s a waste of time, both myself and their resources for taking my phone every time. Do yourself a favor and go to mckevitt Volvo or South Bay one.
