Came into the store last week after the mask mandate was in place, multiple patrons not in a mask.Brain my name is Nick Tarzia the owner of Awesome Toys and I am deeply concerned about what caused you to give my store such a low rating. As a small business owner, I feel every customers experience she be of the highest level and when I find someone was unhappy I want to correct and rectify it as quickly as possible. I have always tried to provide the highest level of a shopping experience as possible and this leaves me very trouble. I buy so many gifts here- the staff is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They work hard to help you find what you want. I wonder if there is any way to support them during this time? If we need to buy toys, perhaps the owner is able to ship something? Otherwise, I look forward to patronizing them again when I can.
