I came in because I had dropped my phone and the screen display was streaked and messed up, however all the other componants were still working including the power button. I watched the girl test to see the phone working as normal before I left it with them. When I returned to pick it up (for $170+) they had replaced the screen as promised but then informed me that the power button was no longer working as the internal flex cable had been damaged when i dropped the phone. When I pointed out that it was working before I gave it to them, the man who fixed it tried to point to the receipt where the girl had written ‘power button does not work’ and claimed it arrived that way. The girl was said no I just wrote that after the fix and confirmed that the power button did work during the initial test. The guy said that the flex wire was still damaged from the fall and it wasnt his problem or fault. When I pointed out again that it was working before I had brought it to them and that I’d prefer the messed up display instead of now having a non functioning power button, he said there was nothing he could do except replace the entire frame which would cost me lots of time and more money. This is clearly how they operate since they state repeatedly that there are absolutely no refunds - even if their actions cause a component that was functioning before I gave them my phone to cease to function after they ‘fixed’ it. Really, really awful customer service and the entire experience felt like I had been scammed. As I said he even tried to nastily tell me I brought it in broken when his coworker corrected him and still they refused to take any money off or even open it up again to see if they could fix the part that was working before. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the $170 leason I learned today, avoid this place at all costs and either go to Apple or another phone fixing place that has good reviews. The single star I’m forced to give this place goes to sweet girl who was honest about how my phone was working to her boss, I hope you find a better place to work one day. Don’t waste your money here!!

Thank you for fixing my iPhone X. Not only did they fix the screen but they’ve went above and beyond to fix a minor crack on the side on my phone. A+ for customer satisfaction and I truly appreciate you guys. I’ll be back for a battery replacement.

I’ve came here 6 times now every time I break my phone. The two guys and the girl have been very helpful ! They’ve done nothing but amazing service. I’ve been fixing my phone here for about a year and have had no issues. They’re very friendly and respectful. I would recommend 100%. I had an issues with my charging recently and they repaired it the same day ! They had many people before me but they still catered to me and made sure I was getting taken care of ! ♥️🙏🏽 They also have great case options and 4 different screen protection choices!!! 10/10

I went to the fix with a completely destroyed cracked phone…. Every other place was unfamiliar with my type of phone & were unable to help me. After going to the fix, they fixed the phone within just a couple days & it’s working great! Also, the price was a great price & for the amazing job they did, if anything happens to another device of mine… the fix is where I’ll go!!!!
