OTF Stamford is the GOAT! The coaches and staff are so nice and really take the time to remember you and your name at check in and during class. I love that it can still be personal even in a class of 20+ people. There are always new challenges and everyone is very welcoming. I've been to a lot of different branches of OTF and this one is my home base and favorite by far.

OTF Stamford is more than a place to work out (although, the workouts are amazing and challenge me every day!!)...it is a family. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, the coaches and staff beyond words and the vibe comfortable! I HIGHLY recommend joining OTF Stamford!!

OTF Stamford is the best of the best! Not only do the workouts kill you in the best way possible but you have the best coaches and front desk staff motivating you before, during and after class! This is not a workout class where you will be confused and overwhelmed, the coaches are there to help you and push you to be your best and that is exactly what they do! I have not only improved my strength and endurance but my form has improved all thanks to the coaches. I am truly so excited to go to every class! You will not regret trying :)

Orange theory is the best workout there is. If you are like me and get tired of things quickly because you love new stuff, this place is a winner. This is hands down the only place I have continued going to consistently. I have tried quite a few locations around and I really like the Stamford one, everyone is super friendly, the coaches and front staff are really good, which makes you want to come back.

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
