Very untrained and unprofessional. Wheelchair van driver drove erratically and I was ejected from my seat. She speed up on Dudley street and Columbia Road. She screeched on the Brakes, told me can you get up on your own . I replied know as bashed my head twice and was bleeding. She reluctantly helped me up and didn't call for Medical help. Iam 57 years old. I also hurt my back and my adult disabled son witnessed it..

ON 7/7/21 I was driving north on 93 in Boston at 12.11 pm near the gas tanks. Traffic was very heavy for noon and Fallon ambulance in the second lane from the right was swerving into both lanes next to it. I honked politely as the driver was obviously having a problem (distracted- no lights on) and then when he crossed my lane completely honked a long honk. He then began driving erratically, swerving dramatically, hitting the breaks and flipped me off. Ambulance number 105. Lic plate number 54. Perhaps Fallon needs to retrain some people and support safe driving.

Transported from Newton -Wellesley Hospital on Wednesday June 16th to a rehab hospital. Before we even left the hospital room one of the two EMT’s had hit the release on the back of the stretcher three times which caused my head to drop. This occurred again while they loaded the stretcher into the ambulance and a fifth time while strapping the stretcher down inside. I was in the hospital for spinal surgery with full rods and screws along with spacers. The quick sharp movements caused me extreme pain and spasms in my back.
