I really enjoyed getting my card renewed here, the Dr was very nice and would try and give you discounts. When I went to renew this year the Dr passed away so I would recommend CED clinic. They are extremely helpful.

As far as I know you need to have a medical card in the state you want to use it in. Which means reapplying with your medical records. And I also highly recommend Med Mar....been a patient for a few years.
All you have to do is call and make an appointment for an office visit before it expires, the Dr will talk to you and submit a renewal. Also log in to the website and renew it online also.
