They didn't honor their warranty. My dryer door broke in a way that was covered by the extra warranty we bought. They gave us the run around for several months saying they ordered the part but it never came in. I ordered the part and got in a few days but they still wouldn't come fix it. I can barely use my dryer because the door won't stay closed.

Ive been trying to get them to pick up my furniture for 4 weeks now. They keep giving me we don't have a truck. But yet they're charging me. Beware if you tent something and decide you don't want it anymore.
