It’s been 4 months since a damage of two flat tires was reported. My $1000 deposit is still being held with no updates about the cost of repair. Seems unlawful to me to hold someone’s deposit without giving any explanation for 4 months.

Bad Experience with this office. The cars are always very dirty and ... I got 2 cars recently and for the last one I rented the rep never told me the cost of the extra insurance they offer ( almost 18$ per day ) and what I surprise I got a bill of 200$ ( 4 times compared with what I pay for my own car insurance monthly) ... and when I was asking for review, they just said that was you signed for ( did not read the contract of course ) and that is it. .... never again. Really Bad experience.. I feel literally stolen !

They take debit card with work and address verification so I always bring my paystub. They will also ask for two contacts.
