As far as I know you need to have a medical card in the state you want to use it in. Which means reapplying with your medical records. And I also highly recommend Med Mar....been a patient for a few years.
Honestly I dont know, but I am a patient of a medical marijuana Doctor and or clinic. I will ask this question this monday when i see him. He or they offer the med cards and do all the work for you. Med-mar medical. Doctor Isreal Stein. Quincy mass. If you would rather look up this info yourself. But I would think you'd simply have to re register thru a dr and the board of health ?? I will give you the answers i get come monday. 😏
