Received a call to say they would need to cancel my daughters appointment because they did not have a physician available. Apparently they thought it was for a physical. I told her that she had a rash, woman came back and said they couldn't see her because it was a throat issue. Corrected her again and told her she had a rash on her legs. Finally, scheduled a zoom appointment and they did not call. After 45 minutes of being on hold to see why the didn't call, hung up. Totally incompetent from beginning to end.
