Heck yes, they accept Care Credit. They had me apply for it while they saved the life of our weinerdog 8 years ago. Care Credit is such a good deal that we also gave our dog some dental work and got most of his vaccinations done as well. Feather River Veterinary is highly recommended by us and our dog Starbar.
Very sorry for your ailing lab. If it isn't an emergency contact Feather River Vet. Dr. Hunter has helped us with two cats in a compassionate way, even came out to our house when it was difficult to move one.
