They only have two bedrooms rent is based on your income and the wait list closed but it's at least 4 years long

My father and his girlfriend are pretty low income he is also blind he needs a place on the first floor because he uses a walker I live in Pennsylvania he will not move out of California can you help me ?

Hi Lavonne, thank you for your questions. We are accepting applications, however our waitlist currently has a 2-5 year wait. Pets are not allowed, though we do allow service animals.

Are these places just low income? Meaning that if at some point if a person that lives there finally gets a increase in finances would they have to move or would rent go up to fair market value, affordable living rates

Hi, we have no openings at the moment but we are accepting applications for our waitlists. The waitlist for a 2-bedroom is a 2 to 3 year wait and the waitlist for our 3-bedroom is about a 5 year wait.
