Don’t move here. Management is horrible . Our lease had to end at a certain date and because we didn’t give a “30 day notice” they are charging us for another month. We tried giving a 30 day notice but for some reason the manager wouldn’t reply to our emails . And on top of another month we got charge 200 extra for final utility use. They are just out to steal.

I just moved in last Tuesday 2/23/21 from out of town and when I moved in the apartment was not clean. The fridge doesn’t work. I called to put in a work order Wed and was told maintenance only comes out every other Friday despite my lease saying 24 hr maintenance. I made the comment so me and my kids are supposed to just not eat because maintenance wont be here til Friday and we are new tenants? Crystal said unfortunately. So I wait for them Friday they never showed up yet I got an email saying the work was completed. There is no drop box to submit my move in sheet, voicemail box is always full, and Crystal is never in the office.....ever! Rarely responds to emails or calls back. The apartment is really cute and in a good location but I am huge on Customer Service and this place is lacking! I will be contacting Fair Housing in regards to my fridge.

$1200 deposit 100% taken, with NO itemized receipt. I've asked for the itemized receipt from the manager many times and have called the investment group. Now 2 months since moving out with no resolution. & The apartment maintenance entered without notice on paper or verbal.
