What a joke. How can you possibly dispense justice only working 5 hours a day. How is anyone supposed to be able to even access the building, let alone access the law with your hours and prices. You should be ashamed.

Long wait to speak to someone over the phone. The staff are nice when you get ahold of them but department 5 really needs to step up their game.

California Judicial Counsel forms are available on line or at each courthouse at the clerk's office. See the family law facilitator for assistance with forms, etc.
This is not an answer to a question. It is to let the public know what a great job Judy in the traffice division is doing. A friend received a traffic ticket in Marysville and forgot about her court date until the afternoon of the date given to take care of it, before it went to a warrant. We talked to Judy and she was super in explaining the options and costs for taking care of the ticket. Great job in serving the public.
Call or come to the court directly. If you have your copy the ending date is listed on the 1st page.

The court phones open again tomorrow morning at 10:00. You can call (530)740-1800 and ask the jury commissioner.
Suite 318 is Family Court Services. It is located on the 3rd floor of the Yuba County Courthouse.
It should be the number on the top left-hand corner of your citation. If you don't have your citation, you can call the court during their normal phone hours, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and they can do a search with your name and date of birth. If your citation has been filed with the court, they will be able to find it for you.
Talk to police at the dept they arrested you at. Let them know your situation.
