Order through GrubHub and check the box for utensils and napkins, then know you won't get those - ever! This Cousins is one of the worst, if not the worst, in the region, so I have long avoided it, anyway. But the GrubHub app orders from this store when I'm staying at this hotel, even though a much better, more reliable store is close. The driver just delivers whatever is handed out, so my tip to him stands. But from now on I'll try other restaurants with GrubHub - no more Cousins on Rawson..

Every time I come here either their systems are down, or there's no one in drive thru. Every other time they're just plain rude.

i’ve never had a bad experience here. I had Julia recommend a sandwich to me, and i’ve been getting that same sub every time i go there. I go to a different Cousins location ONCE and they didn’t treat me right. but julia, julia treats me right. she always treats me right.. I’ll never cheat on this location again

It's always a pleasure ordering from this location. The employees are super friendly and helpful. My order is always correct. The offer a drive thru which helps when I'm on the way home. I can either call in or place my order online and pay. When I arrive I simply pull into the drive thru for quick pick up.
