We had a reservation at a hotel across the street that had unknowingly been cancelled. My wife called over and reached Bernadine. She was fantastic with her customer service and support in a rather frustrating situation. Comfortable beds, clean room and public areas. Thanks for giving us a great stay!

We had an awesome stay for my son's wedding! The hotel is really close to everything. I really liked that they have the free breakfast which had a lot of great healthy options. I have to throw in that the lady that was there every day was super nice and helpful. The rooms have a fridge and microwave. They also have a pool and hot tub. It's really nice going for a soak after a long day. The popcorn and Rice Krispies Treats put out midday are also a great touch. They also have a nice little sitting area outside where my husband and I enjoyed a cocktail. Everyone at the front desk always said hello when we walked by. Most importantly the place was clean! My only very minor issue was the shower was weak but I get it you're trying to conserve water. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel!

I booked one night here over a month ago now. After realizing check in age was 21 I had to cancel. When I called they said I would be refunded my money, still over a month later I have not gotten anything bad. Would never recommend in case anything happens you will not get a refund from them.

We had so.e trouble with the closet door which couldn't be fixed so it was removed for our stay. The hot water was merely tepid and the water pressure too soft to rinse my hair. It's not good to get cold taking a shower.
