It was excellent because of the help we got from Debbie at the front desk. She went above and beyond getting us a room. My husband and I had reserved the wrong date with a third party. Debbie was able to cancel the reservation and get us the right day. Our service dog also really liked her! Thank you Debbie!

Almost everything in this hotel was broken. Ice machine, treadmill, phone in room, elevator and they were completely out of coffe.... which was the worst. How ever, the staff was very nice and had great personality. The shuttle service was a great convenience as they would take you Almost anywhere and pick you up as well.

This was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. Upon entering the hotel it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Once in our room it was not clean, the tub was stained with rust and multiple pieces of trim board were peeling off. Fast forward to 2:30am we are awaken to our ceiling leaking and dripping all over the floor. We essentially had no choice but to remain in the room as there were no others available. We put towels down and a bucket and had to cover that with towels to deaden the sound of the drops. Keep in mind we had traveled seven hours that day and my daughter had a gymnastics meet the next morning. Fast forward to 6:30am the maintenance man comes knocking waking us all up, frustrating as we had finally fallen asleep. Tells us that the leak came from a third floor bathroom and that the room above has had a leak as well. Then a plumber comes five minutes later asking when we are leaving so they can take a look…what a dumpster fire. This hotel was filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend anyone stay here. We would have been better off sleeping in the car.

Feels like home away from home only better. Great bedding and beds. They know me and I always feel welcomed. My little dog and kitty loves it here; soundproofing, and they're always calm. I only have one wish... pillows without feathers and or down. We're super allergic to them, so we've started bringing our own pillows. If this is the worst thing ever, oh well. Still coming to this hotel its the only way to go.
