Been ordering from this place forever, normally never an issue to be had. Placed an order for curbside today and I got home and was missing a sandwich and I called to see if I could get a refund and they said not over the phone, so I had to go back to the store to get another one. Person told me to place a drive thru order and it should be taken care of. When I got there there was a huge line and I waited 10 min just to get to the window. Person at drive thru was saying I had to pay even though I was trying to explain what happened. After about 45 seconds I realized this wasn’t worth the groveling and left, furiously. Would’ve been a lot smoother if they issued me my $4.50 back instead of me monkeying around for 30 min for a little sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m going to the next franchise over from now on.

Food quality has decreased steadily in the last year. Twice I've gotten the wrong order in the drive thru which I didn't realize until after I left. Also, sign on the door says they open at 6am but they don't open until 6:30. For the price and increased wait times, I'll go elsewhere.

Love Chick-fil-A!!! One of the most amazing customer service companies around! Everyone ( Every time I go) at Chick-fil-A is always very happy and polite. So we went to the Oshkosh one a couple days ago, great place to eat! Customer service amazing. It was so good we stopped at one in Milwaukee. Not happy at all. They gave the wimpiest lettuce and when I asked for a better piece they said if I want something different they will need to charge me for it!?!?! It was not even a quarter of the size of the bun! Oshkosh had great food, everything was done so well. Milwaukee, I'll avoid in the future.
