I will never never recommend supporting a business. The general Manager, Charles, was yelling at the servers in the dining room. I have never heard anyone speak to employees this way. Horrible, horrible man. Do not support businesses like this. There is better restaurants, who actually care about their people. For example, like Water Street Brewery right down the road !

Update: Steve from Operations gave me a call and was wonderful making sure that I was happy and explained the circumstances, expectations, and going over in person to review. I'm more than happy with the resolution and wow'd at the call right away! Nice work, Charcoal Grille! I'll be back. Customer service with issue handled more than poorly! Don- Evening manager is aggressive! Says his staff would be fired if this issue happened (who says this in regards to their employees?!) I order takeout quite frequently from here (because the food is good!) for my husband I. My husband has one go to- the salad! I got home and saw it was half the serving. Made sure I was charged correctly- I was. Called and the nice lady said to come back to fix. I explain to Don and he said it's not a half serving so I explain it is. I'm a regular and I definitely wouldn't come back for some attempt at food I'm not owed. Overall- kitchen would be fired, they would be out of business and this has never left the kitchen with more of the salad then what I got in the most sly (I'm a liar) offensive way. I was in pure shock how he offensive he was treating me like I was trying to put one over on them. Very upsetting since I love the typical staff and food.

Very nice sports bar. My husband and I ordered the grilled cheese and the classic cheeseburger with onion strings. We also got the spinach dip as and appetizer. The portions were very large so we had meals for days. We did not like the taste of the beer cheese, but that is a personal preference. The quality of the food was good and the menu choice is extensive.

Food was so good! They give you so much. Its worth the drive and the waitress was nice. This was our second time eating here and we will definitely go back.
