I visited this nail spa just because I was in the area. They have about 21 techs available which makes your visit quick. I only came for a pedicure. Price was reasonable and they did a great job. I was seated right away and I was out in under 30 minutes.

I went for my birthday,August 13th last Saturday.. I will not be going back. The receptionist with brown hair that sits on the left hand side when I walked in was the most rudest human I had to deal with on my birthday. I called ahead to notify my friend would be 20 mins late if it was okay. I was told it was. Then when I came she gave me issues right away with a nasty attitude. She then yelled right in front of me to the nail tech because she was going to give me a manicure because I originally came for just a pedi. Told her no she can not upgrade stop right now. When the nail tech went to her in the front and spoke to her she came back and said it was fine. I won’t be returning to a place like this. The rudeness is disgusting and especially that I’m a mother and wanted one day to relax on my birthday.I instead ran into terrible customer service and tension…. And the place was by far not packed . For all that you pay here it’s not worth it. She needs to be trained on customer service skills because that she lacks.

I’ve been coming here for years even before it got sold to the new owner. I prefer this salon over any other in the area. I love the atmosphere and how clean they keep the place. They sanitize their tools every time. The staff is friendly and kind. My two daughters also come here and we all love it.
