I was here just this week. The doctors, nurses and physician assistant really try to get to the route of the problem. They are thorough in trying to find what is going on. I gave it a 4 because of one of the triage nurses . I came there with palpitations and dizziness and I found her to be sooooo rude . She is an older lady blond with a fake pony tail she wears. You tell her what your experiencing your symptoms, she cuts you off mid sentence and doesn’t let you finish and makes you feel like you are annoying her . She is just so rude and I don’t think she should be dealing with patients who are in distress because at that point you just feel like walking back out because you can already see the care you will receive. That’s what I felt and I was scared I was not going to get good care also since I am a minority I am scared of going to hospital and not getting adequate care especially with her dismissing my symptoms

Communication is horrible. I don’t have the time to go over every detail. You scheduled appointments and procedures and no one has a clue to what is going on. We wasted two days covering almost 300 miles to go and find the appointment that was made with us for some reason did not exist once we got there, it was so frustrating. Patient advocacy was so rude offered me money for parking. Are you serious? Now we have too wait two more weeks to see a doctor. The staff was nice but there is a breakdown somewhere. My son had to be rushed to the hospital in another state after the procedure we had to cut our vacation short due to his headaches and back pain. The doctors are caring they did call to check up oh him but the rest of our experience was not to pleasant. Check, triple check before you head in so you don’t wast your time. I usually give everyone a chance but twice and us taking our time from work and price of gas, babysitting and my son felling worse after did not help. Hope this helps some. Please due your due diligence before you go there.

They clearly lost my biopsy results. I had to take a day off work to have this painful procedure done with a long healing process and it's important I know the results. I finally got a call back from the doctor who ordered the procedure and she said she would look into it, agreeing it has been way too long. That was weeks ago. Gave two stars instead of one only because I have been coming here my whole life having a congenital defect. The trips to Boston and being passed around to different doctors and lost results makes it appealing to look elsewhere.

You can drop the patient with an ambassador at the front entrance circle. Otherwise, park in one of the 2 main garages
No. You need to go to Wang entrance for valet parking
MGH appears to have outpatient care in Danvers but nothing else
Most convenient spot for patient pick-up is in front of the Wang Building at the traffic circle. They also have valet service.
They'll cancel to ins. And get mass health app done for ya.
There are two parking garages at MGH.
No to my knowledge they are only testing inpatients currently. I was there this week and didn't see anything about testing for the public.
I know they except Medicare advantage insurance
Don't know we went to the Pembroke one

If you cannot stay on the uniy at the hospital, you can stay at The Wyndham it's very close same with The Liberty also very close. If these are too expensive check out The Beacon House to see if they have any availability. Also, La Quinta in Chelsea offers shuttle transport to MGH and is often cheaper than staying in Boston or Beacon Hill. Go to massgeneral.org/social work then click visit our website, click 'resources' then click temporary lodging. This should give you everything you need.
The treat just about everything
If you are asking about cardiologist Michael Gibson then he is in Boston and affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Brigham and Women's Hospital but not with MGH.
We do. Here is the link for more info. https://www.massgeneral.org/children/services/treatmentprograms.aspx?id=1671&display=contact The clinic is located in the Yawkey building. Right across from Charles /MGH mbta T stop. Good luck!
They look good, natural really. I've had two family members receive knee transplants at MGH, and one who had a hip replacement. They do great work, minimal scarring, usually heals well,(as far as I know).
I'm asking about pregnancy baby labor and delivery
How do you mean? I'm not sure of your circumstance but I have worked directly for my sister before, and my mother. So I'm sure your brother can work for you.
Yes they do https://www.massgeneral.org/conditions/condition.aspx?id=457

The hotels nearby are very expensive. You may want to look somewhere outside the city and take the "T" (subway) or the commuter rail.
The Liberty Hotel is less than a minute walk to the hospital.
Google his name and find his email address.
No.
Ask information desk
go to Mass Eye and Ear....sounds like what I had....I just had surgery for Macular hole done by Dr. Leo Kim......
The Cox building is adjacent to the Blake building at MGH main campus. Once you get to the main entrance, walk straight towards Coffee Central then make a left turn towards the Chapel and finally make a right turn just after the Gift Shop and walk down the hallway to the Cox Lobby. Also look out for directions in the hallways above eye level. Alternatively, you can find the entrance to the Cox building to the left on Blossom Street when heading towards Charles Street.
MGH was founded in 1811. It is New England's oldest and largest hospital.
Patients are offered discount parking at the MGH garages.
First floor
As always, parts of the hospital such as the ER and other inpatient areas are open 24/7. However, MLK Jr. Day is a holiday recognized by Partners HealthCare so all non-essential personnel will be off.
Depends on the floor. Call to check before you go.
Medicare yes, Health New England not sure.
I would think so. But I don't really know. You can contact their information service to find out.
