I have been living in this community for 8 years now and feel safe. Most of the residents here are friendly and some going out of there way to help others. As there are many dogs in the community, my pooch have found many dog "friends". They always stop over for a friendly tussle. Management is very friendly and helpful. The community is well maintained and responds to maintenance calls quickly. I recommend Southfield as a place to live.

I've been renting here for about 5 months now and it's been fantastic so far. Management is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick to fix issues and does a great job. The apartment itself is nice and spacious. I love the private entrances. Very rarely do I hear the neighbors and even then it's pretty quiet overall. The grounds themselves are maintained nicely and I'm looking forward to using the pool and gym once this pandemic eases up. The location is also great - just minutes from the interstate and Oak Creek town square. Downtown MKE is a quick 15 minute drive which is great for a cheap Uber into the city. My only real complaint is lack of visitor parking near my unit but that's minor. Definitely recommend these apartments.Matt, we are glad your past five months have been so fantastic. The management, apartments, grounds and location are stellar reasons to live at southfield. We are looking forward to opening up the pool and gym as well. Thank you for your recommendation.

In these hard times where many people are in uncertainty with their jobs or income, they have graciously shown their residents that they care by comping certain expenses. Thank you for all you do!
