Service people were very nice, reservation system terrible. Made an 815am appointment a week out. Left my car for a two hour job, told the rep that noon , not two hours would be ok. I call at 140pm and they are just working on the car. Pick the car up at 3pm since I’m 35 minutes away. I guess the way the system works is if you have two hours to wait at the dealership you may get the work done at the specified appointment time. Lesson learned!

Just got a car there. Masks, social distancing, clean pens, clean facility. We had no problems. We've been there and gotten 2 cars in about 3 months.
