Customer service associate was annoyed when we came in looking for a fridge water filter and a piece for our dishwasher. Stated that he didn't want to get a part for us from Albany for only $5. Proceeded to try and charge us $70 for a single fridge filter that we picked up on Amazon for $8. Surprised that their reviews are so high.

The man who works there was extremely helpful. I thought i needed a fuse for my dryer. He walked me through everything i had fixed and what was going on with it and even showed me on his computer the parts. And he could have sold me something I didn't need but was super helpful and explained other things that could be the issue. When i do need a new appliance i will be going there! Thank you!
