Great management, doing excellent job, easy to reach them on the phone and very knowledgeable personnel. I call this place for an advice's and they are always willing to help. We have sent couple times our trucks to different Freightliner dealers, they released the trucks, and the same day had the same issue. We brought the trucks here, and they were able to found the issues. Special thanks to Paula, Dave and Tyler with exceptional knowledge and skills. Great job!! Pam International

Most recently, 2k to figure out its the ecm. Wanted to pull injectors next. I said check the ecm. W a loaner and one hour more, it was the ecm. Also had several inspections done over the years, told once by mechanic B... i had 3 whl seals …John, It’s unfortunate that we were not able to meet your expectations during your last service visit. You have been coming here for several years, with over 30 individual visits. During your most recent visit, there were several items that were found to be failed and/or out of spec while diagnosing your “no start” issue. Several issues that we repaired during the course of troubleshooting included bypassing the fuel cooler due to the fuel system losing prime, rubbed through injector wires in the engine harness, engine speed sensor that was not reading any engine speed and the connector was broken, and finally the ECM. We did mention removing two injectors and swapping them to see if the fault codes changed cylinders. That was at the direction of CAT technical support. We disagreed and also wanted to install a test ECM. As you know, quite a bit of work and diagnostics were completed on your truck to find the root cause of your issue, and a few things were repaired that saved you in the future. One of those being the rubbed engine harness that most likely shorted out the ECM drivers for the injectors. We apologize that you are unhappy with being “nicked” for items failing during some of the 17 inspections we have completed for you. Every single time we have failed an item we have explained in great detail why it failed as you have required. You also have had the option to appeal the failed items through your lease company. We unfortunately did not create the inspection, we can only report our findings. Sometimes older equipment, with higher mileage, need items repaired to keep the roadways safe. We will continue to work hard to meet our customers’ expectations and we appreciate your feedback, this will only make us better. Stay Safe out there! ~Fyda Freightliner Barkeyville
