Avoid working, here DLT8....My First day was Sept 5th 2022, the training staff are Goofy, it was no training, talking about each other on walkies, unprofessional many times or maybe mentally ill... cursing, playing loud DJ music, like it's a club.....couldnt hear what they were saying most of the time. It's trash it was so bad I reported it to hr a few hours after I left that shift and I return today Sept 6th 2022....might be might last shift no training at all.....

Go through interview process, pick a shift, drug test & background check. Once you pass dt & bg check, they send you acceptance letter. You may have to take second choice on shift. They are ramping up now ~ good time to apply
