we have done business here before with no problem but 3 weeks ago we went to buy a new recliner..they said it would deliver the following Sunday..they also told us we would get a phone call to confirm delivery date on Saturday. Saturday came and no call so we call Conns..was told the warehouse had sold our chair but we would get it the following Sunday..and would get delivery call Saturday..here its now Saturday and again no call..called Conns again and ask to speak to the manager..they wouldn't let us talk to her because we wouldn't give our name..he even hung up on us..finally got to talk to the salesman and was told the truck from Florida broke down and it would now be next Sunday before we get it..we are now thinking about canceling and going to Colfax furniture.

I don't frequent Conn's, because they swoop down on you when you walk in the door. From what I've seen of their prices, overpriced.
