Have you had problems paying your bill by mobile phone to Conn's????

I don't frequent Conn's, because they swoop down on you when you walk in the door. From what I've seen of their prices, overpriced.

Yes u have to do it in person.

I can never remember my password. I would rather stop in and pay. But you must bring cash, the only down side. But it gets posted for that day.

I have never tried the mobile app.

I haven't tried each month to pay my bills on my mobile device, BUT each time you get kicked off. Conn's needs to update their system or put in another one. Smh!!
