Ordered 2 tandem axle loads of top soil with compost for raised bed gardens. Ended up being a mix of sand and mulch. Paid $900 for good quality dirt and ended up with a mess. The lady said it was sifted, but with the amount of grass that is sprouting up I find her claim to be suspect! Buyer beware you were warned!

My family has been doing business with this location for years, and our most recent experience with gravel for our driveway was absolutely atrocious. We had a date/time set for delivery, and were told that we would be contacted when our delivery was on its way. The window for delivery came and went, and it wasn't until we called them after closing that we found out that the driver hadn't made it to the quarry in time. We were simply left waiting with no info in the meantime. We rescheduled for a few days later, and had a relative waiting for the delivery while we were at work. Again, the delivery window came and went. By the time our driver finally arrived two hours late, it was raining heavily. Three people were outside to talk to the driver about what we wanted and how we needed him to drop the gravel. We told him no less than three times, while standing at the driveway, what we wanted. He refused to do that, and not only dropped a three foot pile of gravel and left it, but drove carelessly enough that he made new and very deep ruts in our yard. The pile was left as it was, and we were unable to enter/leave our driveway until we had someone come out and level it for us. The driver was standoffish, indifferent, and seemed more interested in just dropping off the gravel and leaving as quickly as possible. When my husband called to discuss this with the office, they were every bit as indifferent and said that they would "talk to" the driver. The job itself was terrible, communication non-existent, and professionalism out of the question. We will never do business with this place again. Be very careful about using this service if you have a specific need, because they don't seem to care.

Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Called 3 days ahead, and was scheduled to have gravel delivered on a Friday between 2 and 4. After reaching out several times, and having my delivery confirmed, at 5:12, I call once more, and am informed that they didn't reach the quarry in time... Okay, it is what is. Poor communication and lack of...but whatever. So we setup a delivery time between 1 and 3 on the following Tuesday. The same pattern repeats, I get told at 3, that he is now in the process of getting my gravel. This was when the weather was still clear and good. 2 hours later, while it's pouring, he finally arrives. He is given clear instruction on what to do and where to dump the gravel...he doesn't like the plan, proceeds to drive through the huge muddy hole, he is instructed not to, decides he doesn't like his position, and decides to drive forward through the hole agaij, and reverses once more...of course this is just making the existing hole much larger, and much messier. He then proceeds to lift up his bed, destroying some trees in the process, because he pulled back to where he was told not to, then dump majority of the gravel before the hole and then some in the hole...where most of it should have been. Destroyed the driveway, damaged the neighbors yard a little, took out some Crepe myrtles. When complained about and notified, all the front office lady was interested in was securing my card details. Scam business, garbage customer service, moronic and clueless driver. Oh and the driver apparently thinks it's good business to carry around and brandish a gun on other's property. Do yourself a favor, and don't choose these guys out of convenience (close by) like I did. You'll regret it.
