Metroatlanta Ambulance transported my wife from Fayette Hospital to Emory University Hospital on 12/18/2021 and charged us $1,383.18. After that our Insurance let us that " we cover 100% " and sent $1,383.18 to Metroatlanta Ambulance. Metroatlanta should have sent refund to us but They shouldn't. They keep our money for long time, up to now. I called asking about this and got answer: " Please give us couple of weeks to make refund..." But Nothing. I sent email to Robert Bruce, Billing Department manager Also, and No answer...

This person Flora Rhodes is the person who walks around Kennestone Hospital and make threats to her EMS team to not bring patients to Kennestone and to go else where while people are dying when the hospital is not on diversion and lie on hospital staff as well yall better watch her she a lier and sneaky

Vehicle Rollover was made to walk up an embankment and then placed on a stretcher and strapped down. Billing department is no better. The bill comes in the mail and when you try to pay online or by phone there is no confirmation or detailed billing. Just a "Thank you for your payment" and the people on the phone just want you off the phone. Horrible..
