I just put a down payment on a car today. Alex, who’s normally in service, was helping up front in sales today and I’m glad he was. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for a schedule 5,000 mile service check up a couple of weeks ago and Alex took the time to point out several safety related issues that needed attention regarding the car's tires and brake fluid. We made another appointment for the following week and the Service Department addressed both matters professionally and quickly. SERVICE - SERVICE - SERVICE Thank you Alex & Steve... Started taking our Kia for service, we got better and more, for less, while excellent quality parts at honest labor time. This after bouncing from a bad KIA dealership service in our town, to the neighborhood mechanic, to finally now driving 80 minutes round trip, YET ITS WORTH IS 100%, every time. The list off benefits provided is too much to write, and we are not over paying because we come to a dealership, opposite to that, we are saving on the overall. We have other vehicles, now coming there for service as well, no matter what brand or origin. Wish they repair motorcycles too!!! We would be coming here as well. It is not Kia alone like is not Mercedes or Lincoln alone,,,,IT IS THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE THAT MAKES THE PLACE A MANDATORY COME BACK while TRUSTWORTHY. Thank you KIA OLD SAYBROOK SERVICE TEAM!!!

It was a smooth interaction at KIA in Old Saybrook with Miguel Figueroa. From start to finish, Miguel made it quick and clear as well as being responsive to my inquiries. They even picked me up at my house when it was time to get my car. Each person there was friendly and professional.
