Fyzical Therapy offers professional, personalized and effective therapy for each patient, and every variety of need! I am in for rotator cuff therapy, and have seen a huge number of different therapies being done, on a wide variety of age groups. What impresses me is that I have had a different therapist each time, and have seen them before with other clients, and the care, and attention to detail, is apparent in every case. I sold health insurance for 20 years, and have assisted clients with their PT needs with a number of providers. I highly recommend and endorse Fyzical Balance and Therapy.

We accept both Medicare and Cigna. Please note though, that Cigna is a commercial insurance that offers multiple types of plans & benefits: HMO, PPO, HSA, EPO, etc. Depending on your specific plan, we may or may not be in network.
That depends on if you use your insurance or if you pay cash. Cash visits are $120 for the evaluation and $80 per visit after that... if you use your health insurance then it depends on your insurance contract... i.e. deductible, out of pocket, copays, and coinsurance amounts.
You need to call them directly to see what is accepted. They are a great source for therapy. Good luck.
