Dishwasher installed by Keith, an extremely polite and friendly young man. He was cautious about creating any damage, very neat and left no mess. Removal of the old and installation of the new was quick. He gave me a tutorial on how to use the appliance before he left. Excellent experience!

My family has been using Shore TV for decades. We’ve bought every one of our appliances here. Today when I called for the first time I can recall ever for service for an over-heating dryer, they told me the first available service time wasn’t until Saturday (it’s only Monday!). They just lost a 45-year customer!

I do not work here but I do shop here when I need any appliance. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly they do not push for a sale. They actually listen to you which is awesome today. They have two locations one in Clinton and the other in Old Saybrook.
