Very unfortunate experience having never stayed at this hotel before. They sent an email notifying me my reservation was canceled 5 days before arrival due to a staffing shortage. I booked the reservation 2mo prior. Now I can see why Airbnb is booming in Vermont, not worth risk and hassle of a short notice cancelation.

We recently stayed at the Lodge at Bromley for the first time in over 2 years (due to covid). My family and my sister’s families have stayed here many times. This time we stayed 3 nights during president’s week. We love the lobby with pool table and board games! It’s a great hotel for kids! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the ski-in, ski-out makes our stay so much more enjoyable, not having to carry all our ski stuff daily! Rob is a great staff member who always remembers our family when we book a stay, and always provides great customer service!
