Found this hotel through happenstance and loved it. Room was fantastic. The hotel has a lot of interesting history. The best part is the service. Everyone was top notch.

Beautiful hotel. Pleasant staff. Great gift shop. Good location, great breakfast. And located in a nice historic town with so much to see. Watch out it's haunted. Which made it fun. Old historic building. Worth the stay. Make sure you have the movie the shining playing all night. It was a nice stay.

A great piece of History and the spirits are great

When do you do the tours of the hotel? Is there a difference between the ghost tour and a tour?

We offer guided Hotel tours Friday, Saturdays and Sundays at 2:30. They are currently unavailible due to COVID restrictions. Ghost tours are offered on certain Saturday nights and start at 9pm and go till early morning hours. Please check out our events page at geisergrand.com for more info!

I stayed with you on the 26th of May. I still have pending charge on my credit card I paid with. I called in and was told I would have to contact my bank. YOU put the hold on my card and I would appreciate it if you would remove it. Thank you.

Authorizations will be pending charges (as stated at the front desk counter where you checked in) for 3 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution. If you wish to have it removed sooner you must contact your bank and ask what they need from us to have it removed. For you protection banks will not talk to the hotel staff unless you are on the line as we are not named on your account. You are welcome to call your bank and have them conference call the hotel where we can give them the approval code to have pending charges dropped.
