We visit this hotel about 8 times a year. Mostly we have a wonderful experience. This trip however; tho we talked on the phone to book and also verbally confirmed two days prior...our king size view room, they stated we didn't confirm on email. Our room this time, and there are two of us only had ONE chair, and they wanted us to go to the third floor which is for dogs and cats...we have none. I stated that was unacceptable and the kind lady gave us a room on the 9th floor but it was so small and like stated previously only had one chair. After talking about the huge stain in the rug, the smaller size than expected the hotel did offer 20$ less. I would say they "tried" but NOT.
