The Cove At Rockport

The Cove at Rockport is an amazing spot right across the street from the beach with perfect views! We stayed in a two bedroom suite for a friend's 40th birthday celebration and the room was very clean and a great size! We also appreciated the hotel parking being so close as well as the short distance walk to Main Street. As the planner of the trip, The Cove exceeded my expectations! I also appreciated the keyless/contactless check-in and check-out. We all said we would definitely be back!

Overall this suited our needs perfectly. We have been coming to Rockport for 36 years and have stayed in many places in town. Our first stay was at the original "Peg Leg." It was a pleasure to see the updates and wonderful transformation. The self check in/ out was great and allows for flexibility. We were notified that our room was ready early which was great. We stayed a total of 5 nights and took advantage of the common room for a round of shuffleboard and a night cap. The only complaint is that ice is not available. There is a microwave and small fridge in each room which helped with a longer visit. Our room was #11 which had a lovely deck and chairs perfect for morning coffee and evening martinis. There is a bar/ small bites option available from Thursday through Sunday nights. There is a common deck with comfortable seating which allows guests to watch the sunset over Front Beach. We were pleased with the renovations and will probably return again.

My wife and I stayed there for our Anniversary in room 14 which is the soulmate room! It was our first time staying at this property. Very organized with check in as it was all remote. The codes to get into the hotel and our room were in a nice organized email. There is no front desk so you just go to your room which was all prepared and extremely clean and comfortable! The best part was the front deck overlooking the beach with a bar serving beer and wine. The only issue was I don’t drink and they did not have any NA beer but other than that it was a nice relaxing stay!!
