I think this may have been the best experience I have ever had at a UPS store. Jordan was incredibly nice and helpful! If I need a UPS, this is the one I’ll go to. Jordan made it worth it!

Rude slow unprofessional. Could have jumped over the counter and shipped it faster myself. Brought item in a box and was charged $2 for another box and told it had to be in their box or UPS wouldn’t pay a claim on it. Then she dilly dallied behind the counter for 5 minutes looking for said box. Then charged me a $3.25 “packing fee” and gave me attitude.

Since its been only 5 days including weekend, I say give the package 5-7days. Like Brigette said, check tracking number.
