Heard of Piedmont tire from NTB (National Tire and Battery.) Long story, but John from Piedmont tire went out of his way, above and beyond on helping me to figure out a way to get my daughters rims and wheels replaced on her vehicle. For 2 separate days he did research on rims and tires, emailed and texted me back information, provided suggestions and literally just went all out to help a mom in Masachusetts get a car fixed down in N.C. quickly so my daughter would have transportation to get to work. Not many people out there like him any more. John thanks for your laughter, and kidding with me when I was stressing out and thanks for just unbelievable service. Top notch!! Thanks
