HR/ whatever her title is will bully employees! Was told the owner had an open door policy after going to him I was pulled in the utility closet and threatened my job! Months later I asked for the owners email address and was fired by the end of the day! No one will go to the owner due to fear of being fired!!!!!!

HR got to be a racist. The recruiter call me in regards of an work opportunity that I know I didn't apply for. I have a degree, this lady once she realized I was a African American, she tried to offer me a job cleaning up. I said ma'am, I have serve this country,and also have a degree, I never applied for a cleaner position, she then proceed to mention another position shipping and receiving, I said ma'am, I have been working in engineering for well over 15 years, why would I apply for those roles, when I know that isn't my expertise. She then proceed to say, well the position you applied for has been filled. I said ok, thank you so much. Here I am browsing indeed, I see the position listed new as of today, just posted. Stay Away, no culture, and seem to be some stagnant old hag, that is being bias, and making the front face of this company look horrible. Utterly disgusting

My experience with Onsrud has been fantastic. We use our CNC two shifts per day seven days a week. Plastic cut quality is very clean without chatter.
