bought some chairs from these folks years ago, they have been to western NC, Charleston SC, Asheboro NC, several other places.... still perfect, have been outside entire time, sometimes on covered porch, sometimes right out in the elements... still perfect, never even been painted. Seriously... probably 15 years ago!!! that's a good product

Short answer - nice chair once it was fixed. Customer service time is severely lacking. Will not get anything from this company in the future. The chair is very nice. It was a baby shower gift. It came with a broken arm and since it had a lifetime warranty, we reached out to have it fixed. This was in late November or early December (before baby was born). We were told we would get a new arm in the mail to fix it in January. In March, they asked for our shipping address. In April we finally received an arm - 2 inches shorter than what we needed. I emailed again, and was told we would get the correct size, but didn’t say when. In May, I emailed asking when we could expect it - no response. In June, we FINALLY got the right part and my husband was able to repair it. I can now rock my baby to sleep (at 6.5 months old) when the chair was gifted before he was born.
