Would not recommend this company!!! Customer care is TERRIBLE!!! We have reached out about several things going on with the house that is covered under the warranty just to get lied to the entire way! Save your time and money go to another company!

Sometimes they have models that they are willing to sell. But most of the time the model has to be on the lot for about 2 years before they will sell the lot model. Just ask when you go!
They wear mask, social distance, online says by appointment only. Hand sanitizer is out for guests to he used.
Sometimes they do have land. Just depends on what they have at the time. My grandma went and asked about land an that's what they told her.
