I would have to say whenever they want. They can be real sneaky if you know what i mean. Also depends how much of a problem you are with them. But they are done by 5pm

I just want to known why, when you have someone on probation, and he's violated, in oh so many ways, and there is no consequences? Why bother having probation then?
