Adult Parole Authority

A parole officer has the authority to put/keep you in jail at anytime. Im assuming if they are in jail and have a bond, they probably violated there parole, therefore the probation officer will hold you in jail.

Why do Parole Officers seems to thing that they are above the law and do whatever they want to parolee"s? My P.O sent me all the too Columbus, Ohio to a halfway house which I don't need to be considering I am on SSI and have my own apartment where I pay bill"s each month, all because I had two dirty urine test. I had put myself into treatment along with mental health which I know that I need. We sat down and discussed this and she agreed, however two days later I was picked up and taken to the county jail. On December 26th, I found myself here in Columbus, Ohio in a halfway house. If Social Security finds out that I am in a state facility they will cut me off and I will lose my apartment along with everything in it, then I would have to start all over again. Where is the rehabilitation in all there? Now, I am stuck in Columbus. What can I do to stop this injustice?
