This is a for profit company registered on dun and bradstreet as a for profit corporation claiming to be law enforcement when they are not. Very sad people have to lie and steal from folks who just want to be left to their peace.

Guys please change your office hours online to reflect your actual hours that you are NOT open 24 hours as your online information is wrong. You guys seem to operate on a regular 8:00-5:00. If would save a lot of confusion. Thank you for the services you provide just make sure that your hours of business are correct

Horrible to work with. I had a loved one who needed help and supervision they didn't care he was missing and relapsing. Angela's ignored my requests and concerns

Unless I'm mistaken there is an agreement (for lack of a better word) that both the probation officer and the person on probation must sign off on stating that if the person feels in any way that their PO is mistreating them - being cruel, abusive, etc. - that the person on probation can take it to the judge I think. There is something that can be done. And the probation officer is supposed to go over that with you when you start probation. You're supposed to initial each section of the terms of your probation as the PO goes through them with you. So if they didn't, there is already an issue. But if you're having problems, go to the judge/ court. Or at the very least, go into the probation office and ask them what you can do. A PO cannot punish you for exercising your rights, expressing concern and/ or especially any kind of abuse. Don't be intimidated by your PO. Don't be afraid to reach out to someone if you feel you're being mistreated.
You can call the office and ask them usually
Email.
they could issue a warrant if u dont go.
They will not be happy about it, especially if you don't even call in to let them know you can't show up. But AP&P is a lot different now then in years past. They will work with you on just about any situation.
Call them
