Was at the Gardner Rifle and Pistol club that is downstairs under the City Hall Annex. Great local club that has been part of Gardner for years.

So the Old Gardner News building was being sanded today.The dust was everywhere to the point we had to close Terrapin, my small business. Are they suppose to have something around the building to prevent others from breathing the dust.Not happy

At least by moral they are obligated to protect and respect the citizens. Legally since the sand maybe hazardous they should take precautions to contain it and prevent it being spread since the rule of safety applies even in the absence of an explicit law. This is the essence and legitimacy of the Law: Moral . Now the whole question is this: Is this statement true?
