internet service is intermittent and lacks speed no matter package purchased, Internet had went out and we contacted Spectrum numerous times and they continued to schedule appts for a tech to come out and dx concern however tech never arrived. Called Allo who was at our house connecting service within 24 hours and has been great. Received bill from Spectrum for upcoming month 8/5-9/4. Services were disconnected on 8/12 but Spectrum refuses to credit back funds for dates in which we didn't have service with them stating that they do no prorate services... "maybe you should have stopped your auto payments." WOW! (and to note I did try to stop auto payments but access to online account was no longer available and when calling in hold times were to the point I had to hang up) - either way, sketchy and speaks volumes about this company aside from their lack of quality services and no customer service. Two months in with Allo and we are happy and our bill is less expensive for faster speed.

Went in to set up mobile services. They took the money account of my account but were unable to set up services. I am still out my money as they said 24 to 48 hours it has been well over that.

Not at the store. You might have to mail it in or find cell ph repair place
The best way is to go in and ask, but if they don't have it in store they can usually ship it to you directly with free 2 day shipping.
