Almost killed my entire family! My family had used chair city for years, since it's a local company. Recently we had them come to "clean" our furnace. It sounded significantly louder after, which was a bit concerning. Turns out they did not clean the furnace. About a month and a half later there was a strange smell in my basement. My family evacuated and the fire department was called. The carbon levels in my basement were at 80 ppm! Fire dept said we're lucky our house is insulated well so it didn't rise into the house much. After that I heard from several other people in the area who got their furnaces "cleaned" by them and had the same occurrence. I will never be using them again and would suggest you all do the same. I only pray that their negligence doesn't take someone's life, as it almost did to my whole family. Please see pictures below. Absolutely horrid!

Been a customer for over 30 years! I can honestly say CCO has never let me down once the entire time! They have cleaned and serviced my system, delivered my oil, replaced my outdated equipment, and even installed new services in an addition integrating them seamlessly into the old. If you call them, they actually answer the phone, and are always willing to talk you through your options even if you just want advice.

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Peter is honest and committed to making his customers happy. It was a 2 week ordeal, from frozen pipes, to furnace not working, to a leak in the ceiling. All on a house that I live over an hour away from. My Mom is in a assisted living and I am selling her house. Peter had oil delivered, heating pipes all fixed and returned when a coupling let go in the ceiling and fixed that. I worked with him all over the phone, the last thing was even on a Sunday. If you have to buy oil use them. I can't thank them enough.
