I am a 30+ year engineer with a very large corporate customer of ATT. The store lied to my face regarding my ATT unlocked model phone (employee and manager). I got a new sim for an existing phone. In order to try to scam me into a new phone purchase, they claimed my device was not supported. It is. It is an ATT device. They lied. They fake "fixed" it, but it didn't work. Corporate fixed my problem in mere moments with a service reset. As an engineer, I know these devices inside and out, and my company patents a lot of the tech used in these devices. So I am not the average customer who falls for such things. I notified corporate of their behavior and they will be investigating these guys.
